California Design Den is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to address in 48 Contiguous United States. Most purchases ship within 2 business days. You may also choose Priority shipping for an additional charge.

Please note, all items purchased from California Design Den are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns
Delightful customers are our #1 Priority. We want to make sure that you love your new bedding & have a naturally healthy & comfortable life. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days return. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned item has been received, after deducting return shipping fee and a $5 handling fee per unit returned. To initiate a return, please email us at help@californiadesignden.com with your order id & the reason for return or use our return screen. This policy is not applicable for B2B VIP customers, and also excludes our towels, comforters, blankets & quilts. But, rest assured, if the product is damaged or defective when you get it, we will definitely exchange it for a new one. If you have any issues with any of our products after 30 days, you can write to us at help@californiadesignden.com and we will try our best to resolve it for you 🙂

Open Box Inventory
Please note that for our open box inventory, we offer original products that are not packaged in their original packaging. These items are sold in bulk packs or case packs. As they are new products, albeit not in their original packaging, they are considered final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
