Our Hospitality Program is open to business owners of all kinds. This includes hosts and managers of vacation rentals, short-term rentals, inns, boutique hotels, and more. Membership is granted upon review and approval of a completed application.

Yes, we offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Hawaii and Alaska customers are charged extra at checkout.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

There is no minimum purchase quantity to receive the Hospitality discount.

If you’re a Vacation Rental Manager (VRM) or Rental By Owner (RBO) who cannot accept USPS shipments, we recommend ordering mini case packs, which are shipped via FedEx.
Note: Individual unit orders may still ship via USPS, and we cannot control the carrier in those cases.
