At California Design Den, we are committed to offering fair, consistent, and transparent pricing across every official channel where we sell our products. When you shop directly on californiadesignden.com, you will never pay more than you would on any of our official marketplace listings.
If you purchase an item from our website and later find the same product listed at a lower price on one of our authorized marketplace stores (such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target), we will gladly match that price.
How It Works
If you find a lower price for the same item sold by California Design Den, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Once verified, we will refund the price difference.
Eligibility Requirements
A price match applies when all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is identical in size, color, material, and UPC/SKU.
- The item is sold and shipped directly by California Design Den on the other marketplace.
- The item is in stock on that marketplace at the time of your request.
- The lower price reflects the total cost, including any promotions, coupons, or offers provided by California Design Den on that platform.
Exclusions
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following are not eligible for price matching:
- Prices offered by third-party sellers on any marketplace.
- Prices from resellers, unauthorized sellers, used, or refurbished items.
- Lightning deals, limited-time marketplace promotions, or discounts that are not set by California Design Den.
- Bundle deals or promotions that differ from the item you purchased.
- Pricing errors or obvious mislistings.
How to Request a Price Match
Please email our support team within 7 days of your purchase at support@californiadesignden.com with:
- Your order number
- A link and screenshot showing the lower price
- The name of the marketplace where the item is listed
After verification, we will process your refund for the price difference within 3–5 business days.
